From our somewhat modest beginning in Prague in 1998 we have grown to become a key player in the field of of traffic and transport infrastructure planning, design and approvals. Our experience In the sector is extensive , and relates not only to the Czech market, but also to development projects undertaken in more than 25 countries around the world.
In Prague we have been involved on a significant proportion of the major development projects, providing input and advise to developers, architects, project teams, and city authorities. We are planners and designers with a firm grasp of the complex processes that are involved both from the side of the Investor and the City Authorities. Importantly , we understand the tasks and key requirements when planning for development and seeking to obtain the necessary permissions. The planning and approval strategies and advice we present to clients are based on this knowledge and the experience that we have gained after the many years of involvement in the sector.
Our involvement can be at any stage of the planning, design, approval, and implementation process. At the same time, we are brought in to review, critically comment and respond to existing plans and strategies. We participate as a member of an overall design team who are tasked with working up an urbanistic study, a building design, or a zone strategy. Alternatively, we may head up a team with overall responsibilty for delivering a specific transport infrastructure focused project.
On international projects clients value our experience and bring us in to review conditions and their development proposals, and to work up appropriate traffic and transport solutions along with supporting assessments where required. In many instances the projects are on a very major scale involving large tracts of land within congested city areas, and with most requiring complex solutions.
